Who: 2,500 Elementary School-Aged Children from the 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades in the mid-Atlantic area form a "living" American Flag - the Star-Spangled Banner. CLICK HERE FOR 2009 SCHOOLS REGISTERED TO DATE.
What: An annual culminating event of an elementary school year. Students are introduced to Flag history, etiquette, and citizenship subjects using the Foundation Education Resource Manuals for teachers and civic and youth organization leaders.
